In addition to the Association, we have created the Greens Prairie Reserve Foundation Committee (“Foundation Committee”).  The Foundation Committee is a committee of the Board and is specifically funded through foundation fees. The foundation is funded by a flat fee that is collected from the home buyer as established in the Association’s governing documents. As a deed covenant, each time a property is re-sold the fee contribution is once again made to the Foundation Committee.

 

This provides a unique revenue stream that allows the Association to make additions to the community above and beyond the maintenance of the existing amenities.
