COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
GREENS PRAIRIE RESERVE
WELCOME TO THE LAND OF HOME
Greens Prairie Reserve is a community where neighbors do life together and become fast friends. The Greens Prairie Reserve Community Association (“Association”) is here to preserve the integrity of the community by establishing standards about upkeep, maintaining amenities, and providing sound fiscal management.
WHAT IS A
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION?
A community or homeowners association provides residents a communal basis for preserving and maintaining their neighborhood by allowing those with shared values the opportunity to enforce regulations to achieve a community representative of those values. The Greens Prairie Reserve Community Association is a Texas nonprofit corporation incorporated to enforce and administer the governing documents of the subdivision
Each property owner within Greens Prairie Reserve automatically becomes a member of the Greens Prairie Reserve Community Association. All members will pay an annual assessment as established in the Association’s governing documents. This assessment will be used by the Association to cover the expenses of Greens Prairie Reserve in its entirety. These expenses may include, but are not limited to:
-
Lighting, landscaping, and insurance for the shared common areas
-
Maintenance of the trails, pond, privacy buffers, The Pavilion, and sports field
-
Employment of the Lifestyle Coordinator
-
Employment of the management company and/or security personnel (if desired)
-
Any additional items delineated in the governing documents or agreed to by the Board of Directors
The Greens Prairie Reserve Board of Directors has currently contracted with Neighborhood Partners, a College Station community management company, to oversee the ongoing operations of the community.
